We had many Christmas activities planned such as biscuit decorating, Christmas card making, decorating a tree, Christmas colouring and play-doh as well as children tucking into their very on mini Christmas dinner.

During the week, we like to get out as much as possible, this could be a visit to the duck pond, library or park.

Settling in Sessions 14.8.23

Monday, we experienced our very first, 2 settling in sessions! We had a blast. A few little tears from one little boy but both left super happy and one baby even approached us for a goodbye cuddle! 

We had a lovely time, playing, singing and dancing. 

More sessions to come on Friday 18th and Monday 21st August! 

We cannot believe we are just over 2 weeks away from OPENING!!! 

Next stop - IKEA! 

Open Day 20.5.23 

What a day! 

We hosted an open day for all of our perspectives parents and families to come and meet us and see our home setting. We organised everyone into half hour slots and we had a dream of a day. It could not have gone any better. 

We started off by setting up various play inside and outside for all ages of children. When families arrived children seemed to run and wander off to fun and engaging activities we had set out. Parents and families asked lots of amazing questions and seemed to like what they saw. 

To our suprise, we had no tears on arrival, just tears when children didn't want to leave! Families seemed to like our provision and we already have families confirming places ready for September and next year! 

We are overwhelmed by all of the lovely feedback and how many families we have on our list! 

We cannot thank everyone enough for your support and taking the time to visit us! 

What a leap we have made out of the classroom, but we now feel so confident and content ☺️
