Full Day Care 

£10.00 an hour 

We are only open term time, therefore will only charge for the 38 weeks we are open. We then split your cost between the 52 weeks of the year. 

We are open 7:30 - 5:00 and ask for children to complete a minimum of 7 hours with us each day. 

Included in this hourly rate is all food (breakfast, lunch, a small dinner and all snacks and drinks). This also includes any day trips and visits out, as we like to use our local area as much as possible. 

We do accept government funding and Tax Free Childcare. 

Funded Children

Children from the term after they turn 9 months may be eligible for 30 hours of funded childcare. Please create a childcare account on the Government website to see if you are eligible.

At Little Llamas we charge a £20 a day voluntary consumables fee. 

Food £8.00

This includes Breakfast, Lunch, Tea, snacks and drinks (we cater for all dietary needs and some of these come with an additional coat) 

This also includes any special events such as Christmas, Easter and Summer parties as well as a small treat at birthdays and special occasions. 

Outings/visitors - £4.00

We love to take the children out and all outings, visitors, clubs, groups are all fully paid for by us. 

Resources £4.00

With a busy setting arts & craft resources get used up very quickly. We like to make sure we have relevant toys and resources linked to children's current interests. We are still a fairly new setting and are still building up a wonderful collection of toys and resources. This cost also covers Christmas, Easter and End of Year gifts as well as special resources for other events we may celebrate such as Eid and Diwali etc. We also like to do baking and messy activities with the children and this money is put towards all the resources needed to make these activities possible. 

Toiletries £2.00

This covers toilet rolls, wipes, flushable wipes, spare nappies and pants, medicines and soap. 

Cleaning products £2.00

This covers all of our anti-bacterial gels, wipes and sprays for the kitchen, playroom, changing mat and bathroom. 

Before School Care 

£9.00 

Drop off is from 7:30. Children will be provided with a healthy breakfast (cereals, toast, yoghurts, fruit) and will be walked to school by either Emma or Lauren. 

After School Care 

£9.00 an hour

We pick the children up from school and walk them back to our property. Some evenings we may stop off at the playground to burn off some extra energy. Included within the price is a healthy snack (wraps and veggie sticks, soup, beans on toast) and drinks. We will happily read with the children and complete any home learning tasks set, such as TT Rockstars or spellings. Pick up by 5:00pm. 

If your child attends breakfast and after school care on the same day, this will be a total cost of £22.
